Move Speed (MS) is a stats that affect the character's own movement speed, and how much turn they take to make a move. While it is indeed related to Quickness, those values does not affect eachother directly, but the benefits are shared as increased the AP generation from quickness might allow the characters to move further in a go.

Your true movement speed is calculated as (200-MS)/100, with the final value being how much % of AP will used in order to move
In short (assuming you have 100 Quickness):
- At 100 MS, you take 100/100 of a turn to move
- At 120 MS, you take 80/100 of a turn to move, therefore may move a second time at your fifth turn
- At 150 MS, you take 50/100 of a turn to move, therefore you effectively moves twice as fast as normal
- At 195 MS (Which is the hard limit for Move Speed), you take 5/100 of a turn to move, therefore you effectively move twenty times as fast as normal
