The second most powerful grenade in the Flashbang family. When thrown, confuses enemies in a 3-tile radius around where it lands for 2d4+4 rounds. Has a smaller radius and shorter duration than MK III, but a larger radius and longer duration than MK I.

Can be useful for Espers fighting high Mental Armor enemies, such as other Espers, as its confusion bypasses MA.

Can be used as ammo for a Grenade Launcher.
