- Duration: 6-15 rounds
- Area: 5x5 centered around yourself

- Fact: Robots have alot of DV and attack power. This disables them for long enough to either kill them or run away.
- It has a pretty big area of effect, so it easily takes numerous machines at once.
- The pulse will not disable artifacts you are carrying
- Has no effect on purely organic enemies, making it much less useful in the early game.
- An EMP Grenade achieves a similar effect, without spending MPs.
