Any Biomes affected by the by the Asphalt Terrain Modifier is covered with the black tar.
It comes with three levels of intensity:
- Tarry
- Tar Pools
- Flaming Pits
Many pools of sticky, easily ignitable Asphalt will be a common sight in the terrain affected by this modifier, with occasional pile of Tar-encrusted Bones lying scattered amongst its native plant-life.
Flaming tar pits contain Fossilized Remains, which when interacted with yield artifacts.
